Our Custom Capabilities
    2. Wheel MaterialAll our wheels are made from A356.2 aluminum alloy which has great flowability after melting.
    2. Casting ProcessWe pour the molten aluminum into molds to form high strength, yet lightweight rims. We can provide two kinds of processing technology for our clients: gravity casting and low-pressure casting.
    2. Quality TestAfter casting, the wheels will undergo finishing processes by means of machining and paint spraying. Every rim will then undergo quality inspection processes, such as X-ray detection, vibration testing, tensile inspection, etc. Only qualified wheel hubs will be prepared for delivery.
